EKOMAT RTPO
The Ekomat RTPO Energy Unit is fully adapted for the thermal treatment of wood-based waste classified as “non-hazardous,” including post-production waste from furniture factories (MDF and HDF boards). The maximum fuel moisture content is 30%, and the particle size is up to 30 mm.The ceramic combustion chamber is equipped with a retort furnace and a mechanically driven moving grate. The boiler block has been expanded with an additional afterburning chamber, ensuring a flue gas residence time of 2 seconds in a high-temperature environment, downstream of the last air supply.The standard equipment of each thermal waste treatment installation includes: a flue gas recirculation system contributing to the reduction of nitrogen oxide (NOx) emissions; an oil or gas burner; a multicyclone for preliminary flue gas dedusting; an electrostatic precipitator by Elenergy Sp. z o.o., ensuring high flue gas dust removal efficiency; a connection for an ammonia injection system (SNCR) into the combustion chamber.

Thanks to their small footprint and optimized throughput of up to 1,500 kg per hour, they are used in thousands of facilities worldwide.In addition to standard equipment, the shredders offer numerous optional features that can be selected depending on the project requirements, ensuring that each machine is precisely tailored to the customer’s needs. Rotors with a diameter of 256 mm and lengths ranging from 600 mm to 1,000 mm, equipped with the appropriate type and number of knives, as well as properly selected motors, ensure efficient shredding of materials such as wood and wood-based products.
UBD buffer tank
The UBD buffer tank is designed for receiving, storing, and dosing bulk materials.
